This article will guide you on how to acquire $MEMORY, beginning with the process of earning Memory Fragments.
WHAT IS $MEMORY Token?
The $MEMORY token is an integral part of The Lost Glitches ecosystem, serving as a medium of exchange within the game. Players participate in daily PvP battles to earn Memory Fragments, which are later converted into SHARDS – a soulbound version of the $MEMORY token. Consistent wins and skilled gameplay increase the chances of earning more Memory Fragments.
In addition, players may receive Memory Fragments through the Worthy Opponent mechanic, which rewards effort and resilience. This includes situations such as dealing over 5 damage in a losing match or playing matches lasting longer than 7 minutes.
SHARDS can be used within the game to purchase exclusive character upgrades, unlock new cards, gain access to special in-game events, and more.
How shards are distributed?
Players earn SHARDS by collecting Memory Fragments through PvP battles, Memory Fragments Mining or Daily Claims. Each PvP Season lasts 30 days, and at the end of the season, a pool of SHARDS is distributed among players based on the number of Memory Fragments they have earned. The higher your amount of accumulated Memory Fragments, the greater your share of the SHARDS pool.
Important: Now, everyone can earn Memory Fragments, even if playing with NON-NFT cards. However, we are actively working on a mechanic where NFT cards will also interact with the Loberis Protocol, further enhancing the gameplay experience.
Boost Your Rewards with Multipliers!
In addition to the core mechanics, the ecosystem of The Lost Glitches will introduce a system of multipliers that can boost the number of Memory Fragments players earn for winning matches. These multipliers will be linked to various in-game elements, enhancing the rewards based on a player’s engagement and strategy. For example, a Memory Bridge connected to your character profile could increase the number of Memory Fragments you receive for each victory, allowing you to accumulate more fragments faster and enhancing your progression.
Currently, the primary multiplier in the game is the Ranking System.
Compete and win in ranked matches. The higher your PvP rank, the more Memory Fragments you earn for each win. Getting started is super easy – just download the game on EPIC GAMES STORE, register your account, log-in in the game, and claim your first free starter deck. From there, you’re ready to jump into the PvP action and start earning Memory Fragments.
The more you play, the more Data Cores you’ll earn by completing daily quests. You can spend these Data Cores in the game store to buy booster packs, enhance your card collection, and create more powerful decks to dominate the season.
